Igniting Ideas.. in the Land of Ideas ..

Well, the Land of Ideas "the real one" are currently putting a strategy for keeping their land, always, the land of ideas.

For the first time ever, the German government has developed a comprehensive national strategy for all its ministries with the aim of putting the country at the top of the world's ranks in tomorrow's most important markets. All political sectors that affect research and development will be geared to a clearly defined goal. This strategy puts innovation policy front and center in government activities.

15 Billion Euros to Strengthen Innovation

The German government is investing an additional €6 billion in research and development during the current legislative period. A total of some €15 billion will be allocated for cutting-edge technology through the year 2009.

Boosting research expenditure to three per cent of gross domestic product by the year 2010.

I'm very excited about the government way of thinking , here are some words they have written on their web Site:

"
Science and industry have to be brought together in application-oriented projects. Entrepreneurs are dependent on venture capital. Quality standards can strengthen consumers' confidence in innovative products. And fast-growing sectors need sufficient numbers of young skilled workers. Which is why the German government is using its High-Tech Strategy to bring R&D funding and efforts to shape the general parameters for innovation together in one comprehensive innovation policy. All decisions being taken across a very broad range of policy fields will be examined to determine their implications for research and innovation conditions in Germany."

By Science & Technology... Nations are built

If we own Science, we own the power, and then all other economical,
military , industrial, and social aspects will follow.

If you wanna a prove for this , See how Germany becomes the Land of Ideas and how the old great Nations were leading for centuries..

The last Minute Rush

I think most of people fell in the last minute one day or even all days .. This situation when you have to run quickly to get a job done in very tight duration or bad consequences will happen .. Here one feels that the whole forces of the earth are pushing on his/her nerves, pushing the clock forward too and even breathing becomes a hard task.

Recently I was in a many consecutive last minute rushes, I really hate this situation, but although it'd passed peacefully .. I discovered that I'm facing more and more last minute rush.. When life become normal again, and clock returned back to its normal speed .. I'm thinking about defining a way for myself to avoid this naughty last minute ..

Actually I found some factors that might be the reasons for the Last Minute Rush:

1- Plan for it, or you will be planned for .

2- Do not procrastinate. "This ugly habit.. "

3- Do not overload your time with tasks more than its capacity

4- Keep yourself away from trivial empty minutes..

Actually many of times "especially those crowded ones", I find myself surfing internet aimlessly , have 1 hr playing with my cellular games, having a long trivial conversation with someone, reading cars newspaper about car prices while i'm surly do not have half of it...and more of such thing..
5- Do not allow others to fill your schedule with more stones..

Say NO , when you need to say it..

6- Why do more effort when you can do less ?!

If there is a way to lighter your load or enhance your perormance to get jobs done quickly... so why n0t ?

These are the factors that I think it may affect most of us .. however, if you have better recommendations, really I will be glade to know it :) But execuse me for now as I have a new Last minute task to finish :S
